How to Install erlang-nox software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

erlang-nox software package provides Erlang/OTP applications that dont require X Window System, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install erlang-nox 

erlang-nox is installed in your system.

Make ensure the erlang-nox package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep erlang-nox *

You will get with erlang-nox package name, version, architecture and description in a table
